Migraine, bloating, gas, discomfort, exzema can all be signs of food intolerance. It might come on slowly 12 hours to 3 days after eating certain foods. Your body might not be making the right enzymes to digest certain foods or simply react to foods you have eaten for years. Stress in other areas of your life overloads the immune system. Tip: Intolerance is different to allergy. An allergy provokes a rapid reaction. Tip: Ask me about food intolerance testing.
Procedure
Contact me first either with an appointment or by E mail, about what you are feeling. We can think through your symptoms, do some abdominal massage and find out where you are affected. There might be some simple changes you could make to your diet, or it might be related to an overactive immune system because of stress in your life. Once you decide that a test would be helpful look at the Lorisian website
https://www.lorisian.com/products/
and decide which test is appropriate
The most common test is Lorisian 150 plus.
Arrange an appointment for taking a fingertip blood sample and completing a form. That will take about 15 minutes and is included in the price.
The results will come back to me so that we can discuss how you make changes. I will keep in touch with you to follow up what happens later. It might be that you can re-introduce foods slowly or alter the times that you eat.
